Moon Phase Nails — Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Moon Phase Nails! Because every single set of press-on nails is hand-painted and made-to-order specifically for you, our processing and shipping times reflect the care and time put into creating your unique wearable art.
Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.
1. Processing & Dispatch Times
Made-to-Order Lead Time: Please allow up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) for your order to be designed, painted, packed, and dispatched.
Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order is packaged and dropped off at the post office, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow its journey.
2. Shipping Methods, Times & Rates
We want to ensure your custom nails arrive safely, which is why we use fully tracked services for all domestic and international destinations.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
UK Standard Tracked: £3.00 → 3-5 Business Days
UK Express Tracked: £5.00 → 1-2 Business Days
🌎 EU
EU Standard: £7.00 → 5-8 Business Days
EU Tracked: £8.00 → 5-8 Business Days
🌍 International (Everywhere Else)
International Standard: £7.00 → 5-8 Business Days
International Tracked: £8.00 → 5-8 Business Days.
Please note: Delivery timescales are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Customs processing times in destination countries are outside of our control.
3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
For customers ordering outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and/or handling fees imposed by your destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Moon Phase Nails has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, please email us at moonphasenailsuk@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an item has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed, and we cannot issue refunds or replacements for items lost due to incorrect address entry.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Because your order is fully tracked, you can monitor its progress using the link sent to your email. If your package appears to be stuck, delayed, or is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local postal delivery office first. If you still need help, reach out to us at moonphasenailsuk@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you in opening an investigation with Royal Mail.
