Moon Phase Nails — Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moon Phase Nails! Because all of our custom press-on nails are hand-painted and made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has begun processing.

Please read the details below carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit and experience.

1. Sizing and Custom Orders

As each set is custom-made to your specific requirements, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.

We highly recommend following our sizing guide accurately before ordering.

If you realize you have submitted the wrong measurements, please contact us immediately at moonphasenailsuk@gmail.com. If we have not yet started crafting your set, we will do our best to update your order details.

2. Damages and Issues

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we take great pride in the quality of our work. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at moonphasenailsuk@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If the fault is on our end, we will gladly arrange for a replacement set or a refund to be issued.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed over to the postal service, delivery times are out of our hands. Moon Phase Nails is not responsible for shipping delays or packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. However, if your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist you in locating it or filing a claim.
