Can I order custom sizes?
Absolutely!
If your nails don't fit into our standard Size Tiers (XS, S, M, L), just select the "Custom" size option on the product page and enter your individual nail numbers (Thumb to Pinky) in the Notes to Seller box at checkout.
How do I find my nail size?
Finding your perfect fit is essential for comfort and longevity!
We highly recommend you refer to our Sizing Guide to ensure a perfect fit.

How long do the press-ons last?
It all depends on your prep and application method!
With Nail Glue: 1 to 3 weeks. Perfect for long-term wear.
With Adhesive Tabs: 1 to 3 days. Ideal for weekend wear, a special event, or if you like swapping your styles frequently.
Every order includes a detailed Application & Removal guide to help you get the best results!
Are the nails reusable?
Yes! If Cared for properly.
If you use adhesive tabs, the nails can be reused indefinitely.
If you use nail glue, you can gently buff away the dried glue build-up from the back of the press-on using a small nail file or an inexpensive e-file, making them ready to wear again.

Do the crystals come with every order?
Yes!
We believe opening your package should be a ritual. Every nail order comes with a free "sprinkle" of real, hand-selected crystals to bring positive vibes and high energy straight to your studio space, plus a selection of other goodies.

What is the current processing time?
Because every single set is custom made and hand-painted to order, please allow 7–14 business days for your nails to be created and shipped.
How much is postage?
My postage prices depend on the shipping option selected at checkout! See prices below.

UK Express Tracked: £5.00 → 1-2 Business Days
EU Standard: £7.00 → 5-8 Business Days

Can I return my order or get a refund?
Due to the custom, handmade, and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our magic to make it right.
